Well thank ya! I appreciate it! I wanted it to stand out and have some style, but easily maintainable and have have to be so super careful about scratching something that it wasnt relaxing to go drive.

so the bumper cover is awaiting primer & color. Grill shell and headlights are back on. pulled it out of the garage yesterday so I could work on stuff in the garage, which turned out to be putting my intermediate 2 drawer box in place with my roller and upper box (craftsman) and then started re-organizing tools, and started to do some more organizing and cleaning in the garage. Spent the majority of the last week stripping the landscaping of mulch/weeds etc in preperation of finishing that up in the coming weeks as well.

The seats are nearly done as I'm told. So once the cover is back on with new billet and fogs in it, then the interior pieces will go to paint. Mean time new checkvalves and seperators will go in place and I should be relatively good to go hold for a fresh oil change, checking all the tires and fluids of course.. getting antsy now.

So came home from work today, got the steering column pieces and the ashtray piece wetsanded for the final time. They are ready for paint now. Went to my buddies house that is painting the envoy cover, no dice, he was ready to prime it and a side job bumper & decklid, voila compressor motor took a shit (after being 4 months old)
smoove

headlights and grillshell back on.

Now I need to do 3 things:
- get seats and install
- wire switchplate
- put new billet grill and fogs in repainted envoy cover & install
Then I'll start on the spare set of door panels lol.

yeah, they were giving him shit about it, he bought it through the bodyshop he works at, their tool supplier. I stopped down there after work and I guess some newb was on the other end of the line, didnt believe that it was chucked, and my buddy was getting stupid pissed. So I used my phone, got a shot of the serial number, took pics, took a video of it being unable to turn, got the guys email and sent it to him. He had nothing to say other than, well that proves it, ok, we'll get one sent. Put old one on crate and send back. WIN

Cherlyn (my wife) made a house call to my buddy jason's yesterday and picked up the seats out of our friends Zack's, now Ricky's truck for me to use as it appears mine wont be done in time for midwest.

Mother in law randomly decided to show up at brother in laws house (where Cherlyn is M-F). So mother in law is bringing them back with her. I've got to clean them up real good and put them in, Thats wednesdays task since mother in law is coming home that day.

Yes, I'm extremely irritated that my seats, that this lady has had since January are note done yet. And according to the wife, who's seen the ONE seat that is done for Jason, the quality is...well not my standards... *sigh*

yeah, not a whole lot of progress, weekends devoted to the wife and kiddo since they are away sunday night-friday nights for a few more weeks.
made some jumpers, that I've been meaning to do for about, ohhhh, 5 years now lol. Just some alligator clips, wire and heat shrink tube. got the driver's seat all set, tightended down. Will do passenger tomorrow.

Chrome E-Brake handle in it's new home. E-Brake is gone anyways lol.
working on switch panel now. wiring it out of truck, using the male side of the connector since the female side is already in place, and that way I can just disconnect it as needed should I need to remove it for whatever reason.
tomorrow's goals after work, wiper cowl back on, tighten down passenger seat, install switch panel, do some cleaning on truck. Swap license plates. Bumper done tuesday or wednesday.

air suspension buttons done for the moment, need to polish it out, but it's functional. Have a latching button that is the same as the others to replace the red rocker switch (compressor power on.off) just hasnt arrived yet. I'm going to have the plate made out of billet or redo it myself. But the ideal, i love having the buttons compared to the toggles.

LS2 manifold obtained. $45 snag from CL.
Nifty background story though, it's off a 12,000 mile RA6 SEMA GTO. Thing is pretty wicked.

Awaiting some billet fuel rails (lol) and other odds and ends.

sometimes lol

it'll be sweeter once I paint it, have the billet fuel rail mounts, billet fuel rails, polished AN fittings on the rails and have it on the motor, in the truck lol!

Still has 4.3 in it for this winter and next year. Was barely able to put maye 1200 miles on it this year
