I'm looking to figure out what these wheels were off of?

My understanding is they were off of an IROC Camaro. But all the replica IROC wheels I can find look nothing like these. I had a set before on one of my HS cars but they were not in the best shape.

if you look at the website that pic came from it tells you they are from 82-87 Camaros. I believe they are Z28 wheels though, not IROC wheels.

I knew it was Camaro. LOL, I was trying to determin if IROC or not. Thnx J though. I really want to drive my Monte next summer but I need new wheels and tires since I don't want to have to go BFG and spend over $100/tire for 14".(235/60r14) figured I'd upgrade to 16's maybe, wanted to run 15's but trying to find a tire that is 25.1" tall is kinda hard.

No luck yet. Haven't been looking too hard as of yet. Yeah and you guys down in the cities get all the good shite on there. If I wasn't 250miles away or heading that way anytime soon I'd probably be looking there.

Jake I did see a set thats down by you and also seen a set about an hour north of me I'm having my parents check out to see how bad they are. Plus I'm not sure how they will fit but I assume ok.

But my dalema(sp) is still the 25.1" tire, having an accurate speed-o is a plus right now. Now when I blow this diff apart then I'll look for a different one that will be accurate with a 2.73 rear since thats the next one on the shelf for my Monte. Dam 7.5" diffs breaking. Correction Granading!

Tempted to try and find a set of ZQ8 wheels now since they look nice.

Too bad I'm not close to IN, or I could get a set for under $200

Yeah I'm thinking 16's would be better easier to find tires and are the same as the 14's I have now and cheaper then 15's for the size I'm running. 25.1"

in 16's i can get away with a 245/50 16 goes for anywhere from 100-125/tire or 150 if I play picky. I love being a tire dealer.

So looking @ tires for the ZQ8's or other 16" wheel and looking pretty close @ cooper(yes I know one of the top) and I can get either the Zeon RS3-A or the ZTP. $15/tire difference in price.

And for those that have looked my original wheel I planned on using was like this

I always like the Daytona style wheels but I really dont think black will go with the colors that I will be painting this car.

I've come across a set of rims for a camaro and need some help.

I know they had an offset from to rear and need to find out if I could run the rears on my Monte. I am pretty sure the fronts will work all the way around but not sure about the rears.

HaHa. yeah funny. I'll just have to get some 3/4" spacers or an adapter.

Well went and checked out the wheels and they were great. May need a lil buff and a lil more clear but they were mint.

Really need the 1/2 taller tire. Need 1/2 to 3/4 inch wheel spacers in the rear and new studs but thats nothing. I think they were 245 45 16's. Can't remember.

It does. I could do a 2" drop on it but I can't cause I can't fit a regular floor jack under the front crossmember as it sits now.

I'll run these tires till they are worn out.

see this thread for help thats needed for another ?
